Got a tip off that Malcolm Gladwell is speaking in Glasgow on Monday night. I'm a huge fan of Gladwell's books and his audiobooks / spoken word / interviews are highly entertaining... he has a beautiful way of using stories and personal experience as examples for the points he is making with great effect . I'm going to go with my dad to let him in on the inspiration.
