OK... so I've put on 3lbs. Lack of exercise coupled with some nice food / snacks over the last wee while. Ah well... knowledge is power... I know what I have to do and I will do it. This is only a temporary blip.
I would suggest you consider next Tuesday as a new starting point, probably still much lower than Week 1. It is so easy to put weight on but you have shown what is possible now. Best wishes for the next stage in the marathon.

lol i wouldn't worry, the wii fit tells me i've gained 3lbs on an almost daily basis!
