It is a cool app and what inspires me is the way Obama's campaign has sought to use all channels to encourage, empower, connect and, more importantly, inform the faithful and the interested.
In essence, the developers get the concept of "being part of something". They get the paradigm shift towards networks and the individuals who network... regardless of how they hook up - face to face, via the phone or virtually. There is something for everyone in this app... locations of meet-ups... news and updates... and an encouragement to connect with friends.
