Met up with Innes J today for a coffee and a catch up. Great to hear how things are progressing with the homechurch thing he is developing with his wife and family. They are coming together and relearning how to care deeply for each other. Fab.We were joined by Paul Ede from Urban Expression and his pal Alistair... My idea was to get Innes and Paul talking... they have both expressed a similar vision for self-funding teams who plant churches... and it was real sweet to see them connect and witness a true meeting of minds. Could have stayed longer in their company but had a meeting to attend. Got to pay the bills afterall... but it felt good to see another connection happen.
There is a spotlight on Glasgow just now and it feels good to be part of it... however small my contribution is.
