Anyway, held S*N*A*C last night in the church... its becoming a new congregation which is fab. Olly led the music with a depleated BLOC... with Roscoe and Janey lending a hand, which was welcomed! Jon led the discussion on "wanting and needing" - good words to hear! He used the Nooma video entitled kickball to get us to think about what we want and what we need. Rob Bell (of "Velvet Elvis") is such a great teacher... I need to get access to more of his Nooma DVDs for use in S*N*A*C.
After the discussion on the DVD... Jon played a video with a drum & bass backing that followed Psalm 111 which was lovely.
S*N*A*C is such a great evening... and is something we can, hopefully, expand and develop. Good fun!

I said it before, I'll say it again. NOOMA stuff is just great.
We've used it a couple of times at Croydon Sally Army, and it's been really effective
I love the nooma discs - we used the first one at our cell group on Sunday and are planning to use them all for the youth cell when that eventually gets going.
