Here's a company that specialise in printing tees for you based on your design. Prices start at AU$35 per shirt with discounts for bulk orders. They are based in Australia and delivery is 3-5 days... which is OK. Would prefer a UK location.
Only problem is that they don't do samples so I have to buy a tee to see...
