Images from BBC News :: More here ((link))This looks really interesting... Over 100 cows are expected to descend on Edinburgh's streets in what can only be describe as a wonderfully unique public art display. The cows will be displayed from May 15th until July 23rd.

Set to capture the hearts of Edinburgh’s residents and visitors, local (and not so local) artists are being challenged to create bovine works of art that will inspire, provoke thought and raise many thousands of smiles. At the conclusion of CowParade Edinburgh 2006, many of the cows will be sold at a gala auction with 75% of net proceeds being donated to our charity partners.Cowparade supports two Scottish charities; VETAid, a Penicuik based charity that works to improve the health of some of the world’s poorest people and OneCity Trust which tackles social inclusion/exclusion and inequalities in the City of Edinburgh.
