One of the genuine surprises for me at Roots06 was hearing Brett Riches play live with his band. I'm not a big indie fan but his voice and the band's sound really captured my attention and my imagination.His voice reminds me of someone that I can't quite put my finger on but I love it... beautiful... haunting... eloquent...
The band's sound is great... acoustic & electric guitars sweetly married... the electric guitarist does some lovely slide work...
Not Satisfied is a stand out track on Brett's album :: Hope for new day coming :: truly wonderful. This isn't typical Christian music... but is sweet music made by a person with faith.
