Basically, lulu allows you to self-publish books and is set to revolutionise the publishing world.Anyway, according to an article on BBC News, lulu has announced plans for five new European sites as part of its global expansion - Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Holland.
In addition, the UK site is to be upgraded to enable authors to sell in sterling instead of dollars.
